Steps to Scheduling Your Surgery Date:
1.- See if you Qualify
Fill the pre qualification form.
A patient coordinator will contact you.
2.- Health Questionnaire
Your well-being matters. Complete your medical history for customized care.
Go to Medical History3.- Consultation with Dr. Hidalgo
Schedule your appointment (25 min. video conference) with Dr Hidalgo.
Book appointment4.- Pay deposit / Book your surgery
Unlock you appointment with a nutritionist (Video conference) to talk about your nutritional plan.

Preparing for Surgery
After confirming your deposit, your coordinator will contact you for detailed instructions about booking your flights, adhering to pre-op diet guidelines, and managing home medications pre-surgery. Additionally, you’ll receive a Surgery Consent Form, requiring completion before your procedure. Please provide details about any necessary accommodations, including extra hotel bookings, companion information, and your flight itinerary.
Required Travel Documents
We highly recommend possessing a valid Passport for everyone in your group. If you don’t have one or it’s expired, we recommend expediting your passport application/renewal before your Mexico trip. *In special cases, and with approval from your Patient Coordinator, you may use ONE of the following as an alternative to a conventional passport.
- Passport ID Card
- REAL ID OR Enhanced Driver’s License
- Valid Driver’s License AND Original U.S. Birth Certificate (no copies). *Bringing your social security card and recent utility/cell phone bill that matches your license/ID helps the process go smoother
Essentials for Your Travel Packing List
Travel Essentials: Pack efficiently, and be sure to place laptops, notepads, or electronic devices in travel cases labeled with your name. Both the hotel and hospital provide standard U.S. outlets, complimentary Wi-Fi during your hospital stay.
Include a comfortable nightshirt, a soft sports bra, and your regular medications in their original prescription bottles. There’s no need to bring food or drinks to Tijuana, as you can easily purchase sports drinks or juices upon arrival at the hotel
